“A new development with natural gas.”

Watermark is a newer gated community of 291 attached villas and single family homes. The developer is Neal Communities.

Living here is very affordable because the Homeowner (HOA) Fees are low, there is no Community Development District (CDD) assessment on the taxes, and lawn care is included in the fees. Plus, you can cook with natural gas. Natural gas is in high demand. As a result, new construction communities like Watermark are recognizing the demand for natural gas and integrating it into their construction.

Homes in Watermark have a Caribbean feel, with natural earth and water tones in stucco finishes with barrel tile roofs.

The clubhouse at Watermark is called the Currents Club and the pool shape resembles the Louis Vuitton flower logo with four rounded petals around the center. And residents can rent out the clubhouse for events.

Additionally, other amenities include: tennis, spa, fitness center, pickle ball court, basketball court and a fire pit.
