BANYAN COVE
“Banyan Cove homes have painted mailboxes that match the community sign.”

Banyan Cove is located north of College Parkway, across McGregor Boulevard from McGregor Isles, just north of Las Palmas.

It is a non-gated community of single family homes. There is a very small annual HOA fee. The community is managed by the residents who lived there. They maintain the common grounds and the community sign and mailboxes. There are no restrictions on pets or leases.

McGregor Boulevard is one of the most well-known roads in Fort Myers. It is lined with royal palm trees and runs north-south along the Caloosahatchee River. Some of the finest communities in Lee County are along McGregor. Going north, you’ll find the Edison & Ford Winter Estates and Downtown Fort Myers. Going south, you’ll end up on Fort Myers Beach or can take a bend where the road turns to Sanibel Island. It’s an exquisite drive you really must experience if you’re considering moving to Southwest Florida!
