“A great investment if you’re looking for a vacation property with income potential.”
Beachwalk Isles is a gated community of single family homes that was developed between 2000-2004. The community’s gated entrance is across Beachwalk Boulevard from a condominium community called Gardens at Beachwalk. The main road, Beach Trail Way has a beautiful view of lakes on both sides of the road and splits left and right on Boardwalk Place which connects to Beachcomber Avenue, a long winding road with cul-de-sacs at both ends. There are a total of 170 homes in Beachwalk Isles.
Beachwalk Isles is an extremely popular destination for VRBO users, especially those traveling from Europe. The HOA restrictions do not impose a minimum nights stay for rentals so this allows for ultimate flexibility. The HOA fees are also very low, making this community a great investment for seasonal rental income.
Beachwalk Isles is located at the intersection where McGregor Boulevard curves (toward Sanibel) and intersects with Gladiolus Boulevard and San Carlos Boulevard (the road leading to Fort Myers Beach). It is tucked away off the main roads but within convenient walking distance of Publix grocery store, Hallmark, Post Office, Super Target, Walgreens, CVS, an auto parts store and many more small stores and restaurants.
