Biscayne Estates is a non-gated community of single family homes, located off Island Park Road in South Fort Myers. Most homes in Biscayne Estates have 3 bedrooms, sit on a quarter-acre parcel and are 1700-2200 square feet with a shingle roof and 2 car garage.

Most of the homes in Biscayne Estates were built in the mid to late 1990’s. Street names include: Coral Cay Lane, Emerald Bay Court, Key Biscayne Boulevard and Key Vizcaya Court. All streets end in cul-de-sacs. Key Biscayne is located directly across from Terraverde

Island Park Road is located on the west side of US-41 South of Gladiolus Drive and North of Alico Road. Although there is a stoplight, most people do not realize the road is home to a myriad of boating communities. As such, it is a hidden gem in Fort Myers. If you like boating, being active, perhaps even shuffle board, this may be for you!

Island Park Road has Gulf access via the 10-mile canal which leads South to Estero Bay. Driving distance to area beaches are approximately 20-30 minutes and residents can choose to go North to Fort Myers or Sanibel or South to Bonita Beach.
