“Gladiolus Preserve has THE garage sale of the year in the 33908 zip code… it’s HUGE!”
Gladiolus Preserve’s main community sign is located on Gladiolus Drive, just west of Bass Road which leads directly to HealthPark Hospital. Next to the sign you’ll find a popular Italian restaurant, an amazing pilates studio run by the fabulous Bridget Kolshak, and several small shops. There’s also a cattle pasture and you might even catch a glimpse of a few grazing cattle as you drive by!
This community is close to several other popular communities including: Mirada (a solar powered community), Parker Lakes and Laguna Lakes. Gladiolus Preserve is tucked away off Gladiolus Drive just enough to give residents privacy and tranquility.
Gladiolus Preserve has a community clubhouse at the entrance with an exercise room, heated pool and playground. There are just over 200 homes and all are single family with one or two stories. Construction is concrete block on the first floor and wood frame on the second floor. The homes have stucco finishes and shingle roofs. Some homes have private pools and about 1/2 of the homes have lake views.
Street names in Gladiolus Preserve include: Gladiolus Preserve Circle, Pineapple Preserve Court, Gladiolus Blossom Court and Gladiolus Bulb Loop. The fees in this community are very low. Homes range in size from about 1,500 to over 3,000 square feet and were built between 2003-2006.
Once a year, the residents of Gladiolus Preserve have a garage sale and the turnout from the community is impressive! Most of the residents participate and the community’s gates are open for the day.
