“Where Davis Road ends and Iona Road begins, Harbour Palms is across from the Shell Point golf entrance.”

At the entrance of Harbour Palms is a small sign which leads into a community with two streets: Harbour Palms Drive and Harbour Ridge Drive. There is no gulf-access, although the community is very close to the river. Developed in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, but still filling out with construction, this small non-gated community is nestled away at the end of Davis Road. Just outside the community is the golf entrance to Shell Point, and just down on Iona Road is St Charles Harbour and the Bay Breeze Apartments.

Homeowners maintain their own yards (lawn care, landscaping). The community is in a Municipal Service Tax District and has a 5-year road assessment for a few hundred dollars a year from 2014-2018.

Residents live within 5-10 minutes of Bunche Beach, Tanger Outlets and the Sanibel Causeway, and 10-15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach.
