“Small, exclusive and secure with a straight shot to the river.”

There is one street in Intracoastal Harbour: Intracoastal Court. Homes on both sides of the street have canals with direct river access. With only 20 homes behind the community gates, Intracoastal Harbour is one of the smallest gated communities around. Homes at the northern-most point are directly situated on the Caloosahatchee River.

Homeowners maintain their own yards (lawn care, landscaping). There is an Architectural Review Board, with clear guidelines for homeowners on landscaping, constructions and all general modifications to the home. Boat and RV storage is not allowed; each owner has a right to dock their boat on the canal behind their home for their own private enjoyment.

Residents live within 5-10 minutes of Bunche Beach, Tanger Outlets and the Sanibel Causeway, and 10-15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach.
