Island Park Woods and Waterway Bay share a community pool and clubhouse, fishing pier and boat launch site. There is a parking lot within the community where boats and trailers may be stored.
The single family homes on Waterway Bay have extremely low HOA fees. They are located on Waterway Bay and Montego Bay Corp and were built between the 1980’s and mid 2000’s although there are some new construction.
