“Freedom to be, and to boat, in Island Park, with Gulf access and private boat docks.”
Island Park is a hidden gem of homes located at the end of Island Park Road. Although there are a myriad of options along Island Park Road for all types of homes in both gated and non-gated communities, what we-re referring to here is a non-HOA neighborhood of single family homes nearly every home has a private boat dock on their Gulf-access canal lot. These canals connect to the Ten Mile Canal which has Gulf access via the Estero Bay. Streets in this neighborhood include Park Road, Island Park Court, Pulmasa Avenue and Cocos Drive.
Most of the homes in Island Park were built in the 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s although there have been some newer homes built as well. There are no HOA fees, no pet restrictions and no lease restrictions except for one small section of homes that has adopted a deed.

If you like boating, being active, perhaps even shuffle board, this may be for you!
Island Park Road has Gulf access via the 10-mile canal which leads South to Estero Bay. Driving distance to area beaches are approximately 20-30 minutes and residents can choose to go North to Fort Myers or Sanibel or South to Bonita Beach.
