“New construction options still exist in Majestic Palms but ask me how these compare to the existing homes.”

Majestic Palms is a gated community of about 350 low-rise and mid-rise condominium units off Majestic Palms Boulevard which is situated between McGregor Boulevard, Kelly Road and San Carlos Boulevard. It’s literally walking distance to the Super Target. Although largely developed between 206-2009, there are some new construction opportunities. There are two subdevelopements within Majestic Palms: Royal Pointe and Sabal Point. Each has separate amenities.

Royal Point is the home to the mid-rise units on Pasetto Lane and Olivetti Lane. Units are 2-3 bedrooms with about 1,100 to 1,600 square feet and moderate to high HOA fees with covered carport parking and elevators.

Sabal Pointe includes Marine Court and Navarro Way. These condominium-ownership homes look like town homes and have garages and barrel-tile roofs. They are 2 bedroom and den or 3 bedroom with 1,800-1,900 square feet.

Majestic Palms has a heated resort-style community pool and spa, BBQ picic area.
