Property Values are WAY Up…
But how long can this really last?

Unless you’re living under a rock, you know that the real estate market is on fire. Property values have gone through the roof. Your home is probably worth 25% more than it was 2 years ago. Everywhere you look, people are taking advantage of rising equity… cashing out, downsizing, upsizing, and even relocating away from Florida.
Despite the fact that prices are inflated, people are still moving for 2 simple reasons: they expect the prices to continue to go up and money is cheap. Even Cash Buyers are choosing to leverage the artificially low interest rates.
But, what goes up must come down. It’s not a matter of “if” but “when” it comes down. I believe that as long as interest rates are held low, and financing is easy, we will continue to see the market moving. Once banks decide they’re no longer willing to lend at low rates, gridlock will set in as affordability diminishes.
