SAN CARLOS PARK
“Close to the FGCU Campus, San Carlos Park offers a variety of homes without HOA Rules.”
San Carlos Park is an area located South of Alico Road, North of Estero Parkway and between US-41 and I-75. There is no HOA, so no dues or deed restrictions imposed on homeowners. The area was developed over time and there are a variety of homes, primarily built between 1975-2007 although some new construction is emerging.
San Carlos Park homes are typically 3-4 bedrooms, 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. Some homes are located in above flood zone elevation while others are not. Some homes are on central sewer while others have septic tanks. Many homes have been renovated.
