Stoneybrook is a gated community of 1,120 homes, developed by U.S Homes between 1995 and 2006 in Estero, located East of I-75 off Corkscrew Road and Ben Hill Parkway and across the road from Miromar Outlets. It is also adjacent to Pinewood Elementary School. Inside Stoneybrook there are also villas and condominium options.
A typical single family home in Stoneybrook is metal frame, concrete block construction with 3-5 bedroom, 2-3 bathrooms, 2-3 garage spaces, and 2,000 to 3,000 square feet although they range in size from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet! Most homes have pools and golf course or lake views.
Stoneybrook is part of a Community Development District (CDD) which is included in the property tax bill.
