“T & R Stands for Teardown & Rebuild in Town and River.”

Town and River is an established and highly sought-after community of single family homes in the heart of South Fort Myers, where Cypress Lake Drive meets the water, between McGregor Boulevard and the Caloosahatchee River. The community was developed in the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s for the most part but recently new owners have taken to tearing down the original homes and rebuilding larger luxury homes. Condominium units are also available.

In Town and River you’ll find everything from original 1960’s homes to vacant lots to brand new Mediterranean estates with impressive yachts. Views from these riverfront homes are spectacular with Western sunsets over the water.

All this is achieved in the heart of South Fort Myers. You can literally walk out of the neighborhood for dining, entertainment and shopping right across McGregor Boulevard.

Town and River is made up of 7 sub-communities with a relaxed HOA that has a deed of restrictions but with a very low nominal fee. It is even optional in some of the sub-communities.
