“Whiskey Creek is a traditional neighborhood feel, in the heart of Fort Myers with golf and some Gulf access homes.”

Whiskey Creek is a well-established community in Fort Myers that offers an assortment of housing options including single family homes, condominium units and villas. There are even some options for those who wish to live in a 55 and up community.

Whiskey Creek was largely developed by US Homes in the 1970’s and 80’s although there are some newer builds. Many homes are gulf access, and connected to the Caloosahatchee River by the Whiskey Creek.

Sub developments within Whiskey Creek include: Whiskey Creek Club Estates, and Whiskey Creek Village Green.

A typical single family home is 3-4 bedrooms with 1,800-2,400 square feet with a 2-car garage and a private pool.

Whiskey Creek Country Club was built in 1974 and is challenging and fun. The par 60 course has 18 holes and is semi-private with the public welcome to golf. The club restaurant has dinner a couple night a week and serves lunch 6 days a week. Low-cost summer golf memberships are available, as well as public rates.
